Dexter Apache Holdings, Inc. an Iowa based company with diverse interests in manufacturing, financial services and distribution has acquired 100% of the interests of Crystal Group, Inc. The acquisition of Crystal further diversifies Dexter Apache Holdings portfolio of companies and leverages it’s competencies as a manufacturer of high quality, highly engineered products.

Crystal Group will remain headquartered in Hiawatha, Iowa. Scott Kongable, President, will continue to lead the business. Craig Jensen, Chairman and CEO will retire.
